How was your Labor Day weekend?? The summertime sadness is officially hitting me. Do you feel it too?

You may have noticed I’m one day late into your inbox this week and I can explain…

It’s not often I can actually unplug for an entire weekend. So I took full advantage and decided to “play hooky” 🙂 (i.e. from emails, writing, and admin tasks…don’t worry, no pets were ignored in the process!)

I enjoyed quality time with family and friends. We did some shopping, played many rounds of a new favorite board game called “Sequence,” and ended with a backyard BBQ—perfect moments to recharge.

The main reason for popping in today is to let you know I’m taking a short break from the weekly emails.

I’ll be using that extra time for hiring and onboarding the new team members. If this will affect your pet care service in any way, I will reach out to you individually with details.
